We can ship to any address in the continental United States and most of Canada. 

When you place an order, we will provide you the shipping charge. In most cases the shipping charge is built into the item cost. The date of delivery is usually about 2 weeks after the order is received. We will confirm this with an order acknowledgement.

Please also note that the shipping charges for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Our primary shipping partner is FedEx and we will provide you with a tracking number at the time of shipment.


Returns Policy

If you need to return or replace an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the item in question. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item or receive credit for your order.

What are our store policies, in general?


        Cancellation Requests must be received within three days of purchase.

        Return/Exchange Requests must be received within fourteen days of delivery.

        Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

        Damaged items are accepted for return.  We will pay the return shipping cost and a product refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s). Please contact us immediately as a representative from FedEx may want to inspect the damaged item and packaging.
        Returned Items must be received by us within thirty days of delivery.
